The standard resume format is reverse-chronological, with sections in this order:
- Header: name, phone, email, city, LinkedIn
- Summary: two to four sentences
- Work experience: newest job first, three to five bullets each

Some employers, especially in retail, hospitality, and government, ask you to fill in an online application form instead of (or as well as) uploading a resume. Keep a basic resume handy anyway: you can copy your details into the form, upload it where allowed, and bring printed copies to interviews.
